Consulting and coaching for startups

Being an entrepreneur in the 21st century is not easy at all. In addition to the technical skills that the specific sector requires (catering, renewable energy, etc.), it is necessary to know how to juggle sales, marketing, managing relations with the public and creating and programming web pages.

Since 2010 I have dedicated myself to the creation of startups and traditional entrepreneurial activities. In each project, there is no lack of desire to innovate communication processes and create value for the company and for customers. Since 2017 I have been sharing my experience in the entrepreneurial field offering coaching and consulting services for startups.

Currently, in addition to my activity of coaching and consulting for startups, I am attending a master in social innovation and carrying out an editorial project, accompanied by a project in the social field, created with the aim of alerting the dangers present on social networks and promoting intergenerational dialogue.

I provide coaching activities to both individual entrepreneurs and multi-component work groups, but my specialty has always been coaching aimed at individual entrepreneurs.

Over the years I have always believed in the one-person startup model. In most cases, when you enter a startup incubator, the first thing you say is: “The team is more important to the success of the project than the project”. From my point of view, and due to the experience gained so far, the most important thing is determination and willpower. I am more than convinced that a work group made up of three people, and with three different training paths, is less likely to achieve success than a single entrepreneur accompanied on time by an experienced coach.
